Eric grew up in Ontario, California, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for helping others. After finishing high school, Eric attended Mt. San Antonio Community College, studying Fire Science, which sparked his interest in hands-on work and problem-solving.

In 2008, Eric ventured into the world of business, founding The Pool Doctors, a pool service and repair company. He successfully ran the business until 2016, gaining valuable experience in management and customer service.

From 2016 to 2022, Eric transitioned to the plumbing industry, working as a manager at Hammer Plumbing and Pumping, a large plumbing company. His time at Hammer Plumbing helped him hone his skills in plumbing operations and leadership before deciding to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams.

In 2022, Eric joined forces with Tybor Smith, combining their expertise to launch their own plumbing business. Together, they specialize in remodels, new construction, drain cleaning, and service, always focusing on providing reliable, honest, and high-quality plumbing solutions to their community.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys woodworking and is a non-professional bowyer, crafting bows in his spare time. His future goal is to continue building a plumbing company that is known for its honesty, reliability, and professional service, while creating strong relationships with clients and the local community.
